Free/Sewing Tailoring CentersFree training is imparted in the trade of tailoring to poor and needy girls and ladies. More than 1010 girls/ladies have benefited under this scheme so far. This training can be received at any of the following centers. 1. 78-A Gali No. 2, Bachitar Nagar, Patiala

Village Dharamkot, Sanour Marriage AidSome monetary assistance/articles of daily use are given to poor/orphan girls at the time of their marriage. More than 900 poor/orphan girls have been given assistance under this program.
Old Age PensionThe society provides old age pension of Rs. 250 per month to about 71 senior citizens to supplement their income.
Maintenance of Baradari GardenIn order to achieve the targets of Go Green, Go Clean mission of the federal government, the Samiti has adopted 4 parks in Baradari Gardens, Patiala. Trees have been planted, walking paths built, and dustbins installed. Road side plantations from Leela Bhawan Chowk to Khanda Chowk are maintained by the society. A toilet complex has also been constructed in the garden for public to use for free. Sanitation drive campaigns are also launched periodically in different parts of Patiala.

Ambulance ServiceThe society operates 5 ambulances to be used for needy patients. Rates are nominal and based on no profit bases. Usage fees can be waived off in case of needy patients and serious accident cases. If you need to use the ambulance please call the following numbers:
Day: 94659-80899, 94787-23677, 94787-23688, 75890-02788 Night: 94659-47899 Medical AidFree medicines are provided to poor and unattended patients. Even monetary aid is provided in the case of chronic cases. More than 3500 patients have been given this medical aid.
Dental ClinicIn collaboration with Luxmi Bai Dental College, Patiala, a free rural Dental Clinic is being run in Janhit Samiti Bhawan, Village Raipur Mandan. Free check up and free consultation is provided at the location.
Medical CampsIn order to create awareness regarding health, medical check up camps are arranged in Baradari Garden and rural areas on periodic basis. Free tests are arranged for BMD, blood sugar, uric acid and other tests related to heart, ortho, cardiovascular diseases etc. Free consultation is also provided by specialist doctors in these camps. Blood donation camps are also organized for needy patients and thallesemic children.

Education ProgramsDeserving students belonging to economically weaker sections of the society from various schools/colleges in Patiala have been adopted to provide them help in form of fees, textbooks, uniform and stationary items. More than 20500 students have benefited so far under this program.
Computer CentersThe society runs two computer training centers where operation of computers is taught to deserving students. The centers are located at:

VIII, Raipur Mandlan Awareness ProgramsThe society runs various awareness campaigns to motivate public to improve the living conditions of the city. These campaigns highlight issues about health, pollution, Go Green-Go Clean, Drug free Punjab, Stop violence against women etc. Some of the events for the awareness drive include:
1. Annual Patiala Marathon 2. Seminars in schools and colleges regarding water conservation, reducing pollution, and creating cleanliness drive through students. 3. Cycle rallies to promote health 4. Maintenance of parks in and around Baradari Gardens. Help Desk for PatientsOur volunteers man a help desk for patients in the Rajindra Government Hospital's Emergency Wards. The help desk becomes a pivot point for needy patients to get services from the society. In case of emergency, volunteers for blood donation can be gathered within an hour.
